Terms of Service

Renters must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of insurance or purchase LIMITLESS EXOTICS rental coverage. A credit card is required for the refundable security deposit. Additional requirements may apply to specific vehicles.

A reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit and applicable payment are received. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, wire transfer, Square, Cash App, and Venmo. A credit card is required to hold the security deposit.

Only listed, approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road use, towing, illegal activity, subleasing, rideshare/delivery services, or to transport more passengers than the vehicle is rated for. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were delivered, with a full tank of premium fuel.

A refundable security deposit is required on every rental and is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, traffic citations, tolls, or cleaning fees incurred during the rental period, assessed against the deposit and the renter's insurance profile.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida.
