Cancellation Policy

Because in-demand vehicles are held off the calendar once reserved, cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and how far in advance you cancel. This policy outlines how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.
01 · How to Cancel or Change a Booking
To cancel or modify a reservation, contact the LIMITLESS EXOTICS concierge team as early as possible at contact@limitlessexoticsmiami.com or through the contact page. The earlier you notify us, the more flexibility we can offer.
02 · Standard Cancellations
For standard reservations, cancellations made with sufficient advance notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid rental amount, less any non-refundable processing fees. The refundable security deposit is always returned in full when a booking is cancelled before the rental begins.
03 · Peak-Season & Specialty Vehicles
High-demand dates (F1 weekend, Art Basel, holidays) and rare specialty specs are reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability. Late cancellations on these bookings may be subject to a fee or partial charge, since the vehicle could not be re-booked. Specific terms are disclosed at the time of booking.
04 · No-Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled rental without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the prepaid rental amount. The refundable security deposit is handled separately and returned where no charges apply.
05 · Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds and deposit releases may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
06 · Cancellations by LIMITLESS EXOTICS
In the rare event we must cancel due to a mechanical issue, accident, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a comparable replacement vehicle when available or a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
