Inquiry

Reach out by phone at (305) 501-0795, the contact form, or Instagram DM. Tell us the city, the date window, and the car you have in mind. The concierge desk responds within 30 minutes during business hours and within 4 hours overnight. We confirm fleet availability on the requested car or the closest match, and quote daily and multi-day pricing.

Reservation

Lock the car with a refundable security deposit ($3,000 to $10,000 depending on the car) and a signed digital rental agreement. We verify your driver license and credit card. Insurance options confirmed at this step: liability is included, physical damage is your personal policy or a damage waiver add-on. The car is calendar-locked once the deposit clears.

Delivery

Concierge meets you at your hotel valet, residence, marina slip, or airport curbside at the agreed time. We walk through controls, hand over the keys, and stay reachable 24/7 during the rental window. Return is the same in reverse: we meet you at the agreed location, walk through the car, release the deposit within 5 to 7 business days assuming no damage.

Booking Process FAQs

How long does the booking process take?

Most bookings finalize within 30 minutes of the initial inquiry during business hours. Same-day rentals require a 2-hour minimum lead time between deposit clearance and concierge handoff. Future-dated rentals can lock the calendar weeks or months in advance with the deposit held until the rental window opens.

What documents do I need to rent?

A valid driver license (US or international), a credit card in the renter name for the security deposit hold, and proof of insurance (your personal auto policy with full coverage, or you opt into our damage waiver add-on). For international clients, a passport is required as secondary ID.

Whats the minimum age to rent an exotic car with LIMITLESS CARS?

21 minimum across most of the fleet. Top-tier exotics (Lamborghini Aventador S, Ferrari SF90, McLaren 765LT, Cullinan-tier SUVs) require 25+. The age requirement is tied to insurance underwriting, not arbitrary policy. International clients with equivalent age verification qualify under the same tiers.

How does the security deposit work?

Deposit is held on the credit card you provide at booking. The amount depends on the car: $3,000 for luxury (Mercedes S580, BMW M4), $4,000 to $5,000 for mid-tier exotics (Bentley Continental GT, Ferrari Portofino), $7,500 to $10,000 for top-tier exotics and hypercars. The deposit releases back to the original card within 5 to 7 business days of return assuming no damage and no traffic citations.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations 7+ days before the rental window receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 3 to 6 days before keep 50 percent of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Reschedules within fleet availability are no-charge with 7+ days notice, otherwise treated as a cancellation plus rebooking. Force majeure (hurricane, airline cancellation we can verify) gets full flexibility.

Can I extend the rental once I have the car?

Yes, subject to fleet availability. Most extensions are approved by the concierge desk within an hour of request. Extensions are billed at the daily rate of the car, which automatically slides up the multi-day discount tier (a 4-day rental that extends to 7 days gets the 30 percent discount tier applied retroactively to the full 7-day window).
