Rental Policy

Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. A U.S. or international license is accepted; international clients should carry a passport and an International Driving Permit. Proof of insurance or LIMITLESS EXOTICS rental coverage is required, along with a credit card for the security deposit.

A refundable security deposit is required on every rental. Deposits start at $1,000 and scale with the value of the vehicle, the rental length, and the insurance profile. The full deposit is released once the vehicle is returned and inspected in its delivered condition.

Daily rentals include a generous mileage allowance suitable for normal city and coastal driving. Extended or high-mileage itineraries can be arranged in advance, with any per-mile overage disclosed up front. Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of premium fuel and must be returned full; otherwise a refuel charge plus fuel cost applies.

LIMITLESS EXOTICS offers concierge delivery and pickup to hotels, residences, marinas, and airports across Miami and Fort Lauderdale. A delivery fee applies per leg. Flexible pickup/return locations can be arranged with advance notice.

Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle. Smoking, vaping, and pets are prohibited. Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, illegal activity, subleasing, or rideshare/delivery work. Tolls accrued during the rental are reconciled at return.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, traffic or parking citations, and cleaning fees incurred during the rental period, assessed against the security deposit and the renter's insurance profile. In the event of an accident, ensure everyone is safe, call 911 if needed, then contact the LIMITLESS EXOTICS concierge team immediately.
