Coordination for Exotic Car Shoots
Pre-vetted shooters who specialize in exotic cars and luxury lifestyle, paired with permit logistics and same-day deliverables across South Florida.
LIMITLESS CARS coordinates photographers and videographers for exotic car content across Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Our network is built around shooters whose books are mostly automotive and luxury lifestyle work, not portrait or wedding photographers who occasionally shoot a car. That difference shows up in how they position the car, how they handle South Florida light, and how they direct clients who are not professional models. The service runs end to end: photographer selection, location scouting, permits where required, shoot-day logistics including a support driver for the car, and post-production turnaround. Clients book through us because the rental, the shoot, and any related logistics live on one itinerary handled by one team.

Shoot Locations We Coordinate
Signature Miami shoot locations we coordinate include South Beach Ocean Drive at sunrise when the pastel art deco facades catch first light and traffic is minimal, Wynwood Walls for high-contrast graffiti backdrops which require a paid permit on weekends and during Art Basel, the Star Island bridges and MacArthur Causeway for rolling shots with the downtown skyline behind the car, and Brickell rooftop properties for sunset content with the bay below. Beach-side cars work well at Crandon Park and along the Rickenbacker Causeway when timed before the public beach traffic. In Fort Lauderdale we shoot at Bahia Mar for yacht-adjacent content, the Las Olas corridor at golden hour, and Hollywood Beach for wider beach access without the South Beach permit overhead. Permit logistics matter most in Wynwood and Star Island where private property owners and city ordinances both come into play. We handle permit applications, certificates of insurance, and coordination with on-site security when those are required.
Photo Shoot Plus Rental Package
Photo shoots routinely bundle with extended rental hours so the car stays available between locations without restarting the clock. For multi-car shoots, we coordinate a support vehicle for the crew and gear and a second driver to reposition cars between setups. Many clients book a shoot week rather than a single shoot when the content needs scale: three to five days of rental with a shooter assigned for 4 hours of each day, producing a campaign-scale deliverable rather than a single post. The bundle pricing for combined rental plus shoot is typically 15 to 25 percent under separate bookings because the logistics consolidate.
Build a BundlePhotographer FAQs
How much does a Miami exotic car photoshoot cost?
Photographer rates start around $750 for a 2-hour solo shoot with 15 to 20 edited stills. Half-day shoots with a single car and a lifestyle subject typically run $1,500 to $2,500 depending on shooter tier and deliverables. Full-day group fleet shoots with drone footage and video deliverables price between $4,000 and $8,000. LIMITLESS CARS bundles the rental and the shoot on one quote so the math is transparent.
Do you have photographers who specialize in cars?
Yes. Our network is built around shooters whose books are mostly automotive and luxury lifestyle content. They know how to position a car for the cleanest line, where the best South Florida light is at sunrise and golden hour, and how to direct subjects who are not professional models. We do not assign portrait-only shooters to car work.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Solo car shoots run 2 hours. Lifestyle shoots with subjects, wardrobe changes, and 2 to 3 locations need 4 hours minimum. Group fleet shoots with multiple cars and a flow between Wynwood, the MacArthur, and Star Island typically book a full day to allow time for permits, repositioning between locations, and the golden-hour window.
Do you handle permits for shoot locations?
For locations that require permits (Wynwood Walls, certain Star Island bridges, Brickell rooftop properties, parts of South Beach during peak season), we handle the permit application and any required certificate of insurance. Most rolling shots on public causeways do not require permits. Where they do, we build the lead time into the schedule and quote.
Can I get same-day photo selects?
Yes. Most shooters in our network deliver 5 to 10 edited stills within 4 to 8 hours of wrap, with the full edit landing 48 to 72 hours later. Same-day select delivery is the default for content that needs to post during the trip rather than after.
